Adult Content Terms

Viewing Adult Content

If you are under 18 (in some countries or regions 21) years of age and/or if it is illegal to view erotic material in your community, please leave now. There are sections within the site that may have erotic content, and we have done our best effort to protect users from content that is restricted to them, morally or lawfully. We can't and will not be held responsible for your actions. We are not acting in any way to send you this information; you are choosing to receive it and requesting it and downloading it without our knowledge or explicit consent. Continuing further means that you understand and accept responsibility for your own actions, thus releasing the creators of this Web page and our service provider from any and all liability.

We consider all letters to be the artistic expression of the authors represented, and thus we do not censor the stories that are submitted unless the letter is in violation of our terms and conditions. A letter with explicit or erotic content, as long as it is filed in the correct area of the site is in compliance with that principle. If this bothers you, please refer to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. As a company based in the United States, we abide by it's laws. You are more than welcome to exercise your right as a consumer by not consuming our services, however, you are not welcome to tell us what we can and cannot allow our users post. That falls within our responsibility as site owners, and you should not bother yourself with that task.

If you do find a letter that is out of compliance with these terms, than please use the "Report this Letter" link at the bottom of the view letter page. We take all violations seriously and will remove users who continually disregard the rules.

Rules When Penning a Letter

We do not have many rules, but here is our list. Let it be assumed that these rules apply to our explicit categories, and in other sections these rules may not apply. For example, a letter in the family section could be about a child who did not want to eat his or her vegetables. This would violate two of the rules below, but is perfectly acceptable given the context of a non-sexual letter and category.

The only places where explicit content is permitted are "In The Bedroom", "Sexuality", "Divorce", "Blue Comedy", "Insult" or "Dark Comedy".

Letters posted into other categories that have sexual acts or other explicit content will be purged. Staff will have sole discretion over what is acceptable and what is not. The best advice is for you to use your own judgment. If you feel that it might be wrong to post in a certain section, then post it within the approved categories instead.

Explicit letters must be about adults.

Children are to be left out of the bedroom, or anywhere else that sexual or otherwise adult actions are taking place. We fully support the goal to remove children pornography from the web, and will remove and immediately suspend any account that posts letters describing sexual acts between minors. If you see a letter in violation of this rule, please report it immediately. We will take appropriate actions as fast as we can.

Rape of any type is not allowed.

All people in the letter participating, watching or otherwise involved in the sexual acts must be consenting.

Use common sense

These listed offenses are not the only types that can get a letter purged, and a user removed from the site. If you wouldn't be comfortable telling it to your own or someone else's child, it probably doesn't belong on a letter that isn't in an adult section. As stated above, reserves the right to remove any letter we or the public deem unfit for our site. We also may remove any user who violates these or any of the terms on the site.
